National AAUW mandated some changes at the June convention that had to be amended into our Branch By-Laws.  We took this opportunity to do a broader review and the Board agreed to other changes. You, as a member of our Branch, will be given the opportunity to comment and vote on these changes at the March general meeting.  The proposed By-Laws are not available in online format at this time.  If you have questions or want a copy mailed to you, please contact  Barbara Von Glahn, By-Laws Chair.
